Part of belonging to The Bridge includes expressing our faith and relationship with Christ through ministry and service involvement. We desire to use our talents, abilities and skills in a unified effort to create environments and experiences where others are invited to start their journey of faith and grow in their faith and relationship with God through Christ. We encourage everyone to commit to a place of ongoing service and ministry. Anyone who is interested in becoming part of a particular ministry team should contact the team leader for more information and ways you can take responsibility for the effectiveness of The Bridge, and express your growing commitment to God and the community of believers.

Missional Ministries are those that focus primarily on the Spiritual Needs or Spiritual Expressions of the community. Each Missional Ministry is overseen by a Pastoral Team Member who is responsible for equipping and releasing volunteers to work toward spiritual growth both individually and corporately. The organization, purpose, and function for each of the Missional Ministries are provided below. A list of pastors, elders, and ministry team leaders is located under the "About Us" section of this website.

This team focuses on classes, activities, and programs that teach those in middle school, high school, and college the basic doctrines of the Christian faith though the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This team focuses on classes, activities, and programs that teach our preschool and elementary school age children the basic doctrines of the Christian faith though the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This team helps define the expressions of worship and helps develop forms of creative communication, including music, drama, dance, visual arts, creative writing, and media production.

This team brings opportunities to the church to serve the needs of the community and build relational bridges of trust within the community.

This Team gathers regularly to be faithful in prayer for our country and its leaders, our state and its leaders, our city and local governments and community leaders, as well as our church and its leaders.  In addition, this team organizes and leads intercessory prayer for church members with needs, both inside and outside of the Sunday service, and teaches others to pray as Jesus did with his disciples.

This team is responsible for the creation of a learning environment. This team will develop the language ethos and provide theological oversight and instigation of Biblical concepts, spiritual truths, and scripture-to-life applications
